It's a 5 star knife with a 1 star sheath. Was amazing sharp and did great on my torture test. But the factory sheath is so awful I tossed it after day 2
Great quality
The knives are high quality and keep their edge well. The "sheath" they come with is trash and only good to keep from accidentally cutting yourself while it is stored. If you want to carry this knife in the field you will need an after market sheath.
This is a heavy duty, full tang chopper with a canted pommel that would probably pop auto glass.. The scales are heavy use poly that feel like Micarta with three Torx pattern double head through bolts as pins. There is zero play in this tool. The only thing I can’t comment on is the blade steel. The only fail I could possibly see would be a blade shatter & only time will tell. Blade thickness at spine is 1/8”. It’s almost a chisel. Only thing that’s worthless is the sheath. Zero utility for field work. Plan on buying a new sheath
Affordable, Sharp, and Great
These a great knives! Haven't had any problems with them whatsoever! As a matter of fact, I have plenty of "nicks" on my fingers! Lol! Great knives with an affordable price! Couldn't be happier!
