Shipping & Return Policy

16Due to shipping costs, international tax ramifications and logistical challenges, orders can only be shipped to addresses in the United States and APO/FPO addresses at this time.

We do not charge an annual membership fee to receive 2-day “free” shipping. We do however charge actual shipping costs to offset the what we pay to get your package in your hands, shipping is not a profit center for us.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard Ground is our Preferred shipping method. Orders can also be shipped First Class USPS. Ground carriers cannot deliver to PO/APO/FPO addresses. Shipment tracking is available for Ground, 3-Day Select, and USPS Shipments,

A $10.00 surcharge will be added for any shipment to Alaska or Hawaii.

STANDARD SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping including First Class shipments within the continental United States: $5 and free for orders over $35.00

Standard shipments and First Class shipments to Alaska or Hawaii addresses: $18.99 and free for orders over $100.00

Expedited shipments to Alaska or Hawaii addresses: $24.99

You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing by contacting us at support@DFACKTO.com with your order number. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy for easy returns.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders of $35 or more automatically qualify for free shipping within the continental US and $100 for Alaska or Hawaii.

When free shipping is selected DFACKTO will determine the carrier.

Please allow 5-11 business days for delivery.

Please pay close attention to your local weather and how it may affect your delivery.

DFACKTO does not have control over delayed shipments due to inclement weather.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Returns Policy

Our guarantee for items purchased on DFACKTO.com is unconditional. If any purchase fails to meet your complete satisfaction, for any reason, you may return it or exchange it within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. We can only process returns and refunds for items directly purchased from DFACKTO.com. Your return must be in the original package and include the original invoice received with the merchandise. Please send the package along with a note or reference on why you are returning. Also, include how you would like us to handle, for example, exchange, refund etc. Please send prepaid, via UPS or insured U.S. Mail to:

Refunds

You will receive a credit via your original method of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing of returns and issuance of credit upon receipt by DFACKTO. Please note that we can refund the initial shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. If you are returning a gift purchased directly from DFACKTO.com, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return which may be used at any time toward your purchases at DFACKTO.com. The gift certificate will be emailed to you once the original product has been returned to DFACKTO.

If you used a promotional code or certificate to pay for any part of an item that you want to return, you will be credited only the amount charged to your credit card. If you used a gift certificate to pay for any part of an item that you want to return, you will receive another certificate of equal value for future use.
