Slicing Prime Rib and Roast

I purchased this knife to use at the American Legion Post, I am a member of, for slicing Prime Rib & Roasts we occasionally serve, available ones are too dull or chipped. As this is My knife I am only one to use it, I've sliced 4 Prime Ribs and 4 roast with ease. Not having to hone it yet. Because I like the feel of handle and overall knife I recently purchased the Basecamp Set
